"Alter Fritz" is a powerful son by "Chardonnay" with impressive movements, excellent action, suppleness and beat.
In good harmony of his body he knows how to please especially in movement.
He is the vice champion of the Trakehner Championships for young riding horses at Steinhagen-Brockhagen and succeeded in several riding tests for young horses and dressage competitions Kl.M.

On basis of X-ray he is rated class I - which means perfect X-ray without statement!

His offspring is impessing with good tallness, nice top line, strong and correct bones and three excellent and extreme balanced movements, all combined with wonderful character and temper.

In 2001 "Alter Fritz" sent for the first time two of his descendants to Neumünster: "Chabrol" (out of a dam by "Santiago") was selected and sold to England. "Galvaro" (out of "Gwendolyn" by "Maestro") became the price-hit of the non-selected stallions, he was sold for DM 40.000,-- to a dressage-rider.
On the occasion of the 10th Trakehner Bundesturnier Alter Fritz's son "Kilkenny" was the winner of the 'Young Ridinghorse-Test' for three-years old mares and geldings, in the following championship he became 3rd.

Pedigree:

His sire, "Chardonnay", is Premium stallion (Neumünster 1991), Reserved-Champion of the Bundeschampionat at Warendorf (1993) and Trakehner dressage Champion in 1995. Aged seven he already won dressage competitions Kl.S. Therewith he was the most successful sire in dressage at this age in Germany.

His paternal pedigree distinguishes in all respects of breed and sport by Elite-sires like "Rockefeller","Consul" and "Mahon", the son of "Mahagoni".

On maternal side, too "Alter Fritz" is featured with best blood. His dam "Agatha Christie" by "Kokoschka" (state premium mare) is the actual Reserve-Champion of the regional broodmare show Rheinland-Pfalz 1994 and won the I b-prize at the national broodmare show at Warendorf.

State premium mare "Arena IV" (judged 9/8/8/9/8) is a daughter of Champion-sire "Seeadler". This son of "Habicht" produced a lot of good breeding as well as sport horses. His sire "Habicht", son of "Burnus", was known as a really successful eventer ridden by Martin Plewa.

On the dam side the popular sires "Argument", "Arsenal", "Aron" and "Argonaut" can be named.
